The first step is shampooing the hair. Next, the Natural look team recommends winding the hair with Natural Look Spectrum Perm Solution and applying fresh solution once finished. Cover the rods with a perm cap, allow to process and rinse away. The next step is using Natural Look Foam Neutraliser.
After applying the neutraliser over the rods, leave on for five minutes to activate. Then, remove the rods and apply fresh neutraliser over the ends for another five minutes.
